Ipê City
Focus on Community, Communication and Relationships
Ipê City is a community and conference project in Jurere Internacional, Florianópolis, built on the Network State concept: the idea that a community of shared values can organise digitally, develop a culture and economy, and eventually claim physical presence in the world. It runs in a pop-up village format where founders, developers, researchers, artists, and community builders spend weeks working and living together. The anchor event is the Startup Society Conference, which brings together people actively working on network states, alternative institutions, and new governance models. Beyond the pop-up city and conference, Ipê City also produces a documentary series, The Network Society. The Telegram community is open to all Techno-Optimists: join here.

Contribution Mapping based in Valocracy
Mapped all contributions from community members and calculated individual rewards according to the Valocracy model, where value accrues based on what someone actually did, not their title or tenure. First structured application of this framework within the project.
